sacksOh man, actual current-ish events on this week’s episode! In an unprecedented move, Sony has pulled The Interview, and the guys are here to express t general disappointment. (Some devil’s advocacy aside.) But there are still games, too! Justin finally, finally digs into LittleBigPlanet 3, Kaz takes an invisible boat to Storm Island in Forza Horizon 2, Neil keeps coming back to Destiny, and Tom emerges from his sarcophagus for more Game of Thrones talk. Plus, GotY considerations, Xeodrifter and 80 Days.

toadeThe holidays come early this year, as both The Game Awards and PlayStation Experience feature a ton of announcements and trailers. Kaz, Tom, Mike and Justin weigh in on Zelda, No Man’s Sky, Yakuza 5‘s surprise localization and more. They also explore the current amiibo frenzy and the overwhelming cuteness of Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker.

TyrionSSo the guys survived Black Friday, but not everyone came out unscathed. This week, the show kicks off with a shocking revelation from new Wii U owner McFadden, with minor lunacy from Virtual Boy owner Justin on the side. Meanwhile, Kaz stalks orcs (and “uruks”) in Shadow of Mordor, Tom plays the Game of Thrones and Tony dodges traffic on the Crossy Road.

TRP 11/18/14: Wholesome Bulldog Voyeurism

oslosGhost inbound! This week, the Pack sentences you to an interview with show alum and Freedom Wars producer Nicolo “Nickydino” Accordino. He’s here to talk about the localization and world building of this future Vita cult classic. Also, Hulk Hogan. Afterwards, Kaz makes it through Fantasy Life‘s tutorial, Tom pals around with Joe Pesci in Bayonetta 2, Justin defends Mario Kart 8‘s Ice Ice Outpost, Neil is probably still playing Destiny, and McFadden takes everyone to the movies!

No matches found this week! The rough release of The Master Chief Collection, and to a lesser extent Assassin Creed: Unity‘s performance woes, has the Pack talking about botched launches and what we can reasonably expect from our games on Day One. Afterwards, Kaz talks about Halo‘s menus, Tom carves through poo to find The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth‘s hidden treasure, Tony and Neil embark on The Sailor’s Dream, and Justin takes Toejam & Earl online.

TRP 11/5/14: For Squids, By Squids

Yet another Nintendo Direct? How can the Pack be this lucky?! This week, the guys unpack Nintendo’s latest announcements, as well as the surprise holiday price drop for the Xbox One. Afterwards, Tony collects loot 2.0 in the Diablo 3 expansion, Michael drafts Wolverine to his Marvel Heroes 2015 roster, Kaz takes on more mutants in Sunset Overdrive, and Justin dances his way through Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse.
